The most delicious #Redvelvet winter warmer in a cup – yum!

It is rich in vitamins, iron, anti-oxidants and have amazing anti-inflammatory properties… I just love the colour

This suggestion sneaks in a few vitamins without even trying!

What you need:

3 bunches of organic beetroot
1 piece fresh ginger
Milk | Almond Milk | Coconut Milk
Raw honey
Juicer – juice the beetroot and ginger separately | you can store the liquids for up to a week in your fridge

Method:

Add to your cup:
125 ml fresh beetroot juice
10ml fresh ginger juice
100ml boiling water
1 tsp raw honey
optional: milk froth to top up – if you like a café latte, just add some more milk
Dairy free:  substitute the milk with almond milk or coconut milk
