7. Liability for damage, injury and loss – spray tan

 The services provided by lisemariefourie.com, with regards to spray tanning, include the use of a mobile spray tan booth, the spray tan machine (known as the gun, pipe and the motor) and other consumable needed to provide this service.

Your attention is drawn to the product information for Brilliant Tan™, known as their solution. From their product and information, they confirmed that are very strict when it comes to what ingredients they put into their products. They further state that they only use ingredients that are considered safe and that are not known to cause adverse or allergic reactions.

Should you therefore request this service (spray tan) from lisemariefourie.com you consent to the use of this product, Brilliant Tan™ solution.

To the knowledge of lisemariefourie.com, there have been no reported cases of severe adverse or allergic reactions. Should other products be use before or after the spray tan and those products cause a reaction of some sort lisemariefourie.com cannot be held liable for this.

lisemariefourie.com will always take the necessary care to ensure that your property, fixtures, fittings, furniture, carpets, etc. are not to be damaged in the delivery of this mobile spray tan service. However, incidence may occur, and you agree as part of this terms, that lisemariefourie.com will be held harmless against any and all claims, liabilities, damages or losses to property or personal injury, relating to the set-up and the use of the equipment at your property, home, office or other places where these services are delivered.

8.  Pricing and Payment Options

Products or services are bought by means of a secure online shop, using PayFast for payments and lisemariefourie.com accepts payments through the secure payment gateway Payfast with different payment options.

Payments are to be done immediately after you have selected the products want to buy.

You will receive a tax invoice, sent via email to the information provided.

Prices are indicated in South African Rand (ZAR) value and the website provide a conversion to United States Dollar (US$) for users in any other country outside the border of South Africa. Users need to note that the price conversion is subject to change due to the exchange rate of the dollar to the rand and lisemariefourie.com reserves the right to update the product prices at any time to reflect the currency conversation accurately.

We try to ensure that all prices as advertised on the website are accurate, however errors may occur and user are not entitled to receive these products or services at the erred amount indicated. Should any error in the price occur for the product or service purchased lisemariefourie.com will give you the options of either reconfirming your order at the corrected price or the option of cancelling your order or part thereof.

10. Shipping and Delivery

For local (within South African Borders) orders we use either the courier services of Fastway Couriers or The Courier Guy, with reference to their economy option without insurance.  A shipping flat rate of R100.00 is charged and only valid for major centres in South Africa. The shipping rates might be reviewed from time to time and updated rates will be indicated on checkout.

International (outside South African Borders) orders will be shipped with the South African Post Office using the Airmail option for small packets, limited to 1kg. A shipping flat rate of R450.00 (which exclude taxes and fees) is charged and only valid for major International centres. For the list of these centres please contact us on …. The shipping rates might be reviewed from time to time and updated rates will be indicated on checkout. Parcels will be registered but cannot be insured.

Customs and Exchange control apply to all international shipping.  All additional taxes and fees levied by the customer’s local government are the responsibility of the client. Items will be shipped with the required export documents.

Delivery time for local parcels, from the date of shipping is between 3 to 4 workings days. (Not including Saturday & Sunday or Public Holidays).  Orders will be dispatched within 4 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery time for International parcels by Airmail may take vary between 7-14 working days.

Due to uncontrollable circumstances, the delivery time cannot be guaranteed and are subject to the service of the SAPO.

Late Deliveries:

Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, closed roads, strikes, etc. could prolong the delivery time. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.

Late delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order.

A tracking number for each parcel will be provided for the customer to ensure online tracking for the parcel.

11.  Cancellations and Returns Policy.

Should this user wish to cancel, change or modify the order, this should be done by send the request via e-mail to orders@lisemariefourie.com as soon as possible.

Please note that every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your request. Once the order(s) have been processed and the product has been sent for shipping or delivery, these purchases can only be cancelled or modified once the product has been returned. The user will remain liable for all the delivery or shipping cost.

For safety and order reasons due to the nature of the natural skin products lisemariefourie.com cannot offer returns, however faulty items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items returned past the timeframe outlined above might be returned in exchange for a gift voucher only. The amount of the gift voucher will be the current selling price of the items returned. Upon receipt of returned goods, lisemariefourie.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error and will be deducted from the total sales order.

Please note that all advice, suggestion(s), referral(s) or other, in terms of all medical, skin, spray tan, diet and exercise, etc. does not constitute health care advice.
