Shipping

Shipping and Delivery

For local (within South African Borders) orders we use either the courier services of Fastway Couriers or The Courier Guy, with reference to their economy option without insurance.  A shipping flat rate of R100.00 is charged and only valid for major centers in South Africa. For the list of these centers please contact us on orders@lisemariefourie.com

The shipping rates might be reviewed from time to time and updated rates will be indicated on check-out.

International (outside South African Borders) orders will be shipped with the South African Post Office using the Airmail option for small packets, limited to 1kg. A shipping flat rate of R450.00 (which exclude taxes and fees) is charged and only valid for major International centers. For the list of these centers please contact us on …. The shipping rates might be reviewed from time to time and updated rates will be indicated on check-out. Parcels will be registered but cannot be insured.

Customs and Exchange control apply to all international shipping.  All additional taxes and fees levied by the customer’s local government are the responsibility of the client. Items will be shipped with the required export documents.

Delivery time for local parcels, from the date of shipping is between 3 to 4 workings days. (Not including Saturday & Sunday or Public Holidays).  Orders will be dispatched within 4 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery time for International parcels by Airmail may take vary between 7-14 working days.

Due to uncontrollable circumstances, the delivery time cannot be guaranteed and are subject to the service of the SAPO.

Late Deliveries:  Unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather, closed roads, strikes, etc. could prolong the delivery time. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.

Late delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order.

A tracking number for each parcel will be provided for the customer to ensure online tracking for the parcel.
